The National Taichung Theater in Taiwan is a world-renowned venue that attracts many of the opera world’s most acclaimed performers, in addition to hosting a wide range of domestic and international programs and performances. Working in collaboration with Paichung Construction, Sightline Commercial Solutions installed its top-of-the-line Bravado® Acoustical Shell at the venue to ensure an optimal experience for performers and audience members alike. The customized system includes 13 mobile towers and five ceiling panels – four of which are set in a fixed position, while the other is an adjustable unit that can be angled to maximize acoustical quality or removed for smaller, more intimate productions. Measuring 32-feet tall, the acoustic panels designed for the theater are some of the tallest that Sightline Commercial Solutions has ever built, delivering a soaring visual backdrop and resounding sound quality.
