Aiding in the creation of Butler University’s Esports Park, a state-of-the-art, on-campus facility for team training and broadcast production, as well as academic programming and student gatherings, Sightline Commercial Solutions installed a 400-square-foot stage with integrated stage edge LED lighting and cable pass-throughs for technology cabling. Comprised of portable platforms, supports, ramps and enclosures, the custom-engineered stage features a flexible “transformer” design that can easily be configured into various models based on the needs of different competition types and events. The highly engineered lighting system adds drama and ambiance while guiding navigation to and from the gaming arena floor. The Sightline team also worked in tandem with the electrical contractor to discreetly accommodate electrical cables via integrated pass-throughs for powering high-performance PCs and consoles, virtual reality headsets and A/V production equipment.
